We act as an intermediary platform and do not directly provide the services listed by users.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Types

• FREE: Limited to 1 active offer, basic features
• STANDARD: Unlimited offers in one country, €9.99/month
• PRO: Unlimited offers in all countries, €19.99/month

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate

Service Providers

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your service descriptions
• You must deliver services as described and agreed upon
• You are responsible for setting fair and reasonable prices
• You must comply with local laws and regulations

Service Seekers

• You are responsible for evaluating service providers
• Payment arrangements are between you and the service provider
• You should verify credentials and qualifications as needed
• Report any issues or disputes through our platform

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

The platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Lietuviaikeliauja and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post on the platform
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you post
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Lietuviaikeliauja provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the services or content provided by users. We are not liable for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of services provided by users
• Disputes between users regarding services or payments
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscription services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account and stop using the platform
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• We may discontinue the platform with 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease
